11am, 21 February: Companies House Reform – What it means to you?

In October 2023, the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill gained royal assent and became an Act. This session will look at the key aims of the legislation.

As part of this, Companies House will be seeing the biggest change in its history. The most significant reform to the framework for registering companies in 180 years. Instead of being a depository of information it will become a regulator. Once implemented, the changes will have a direct impact on those involved in the day-to-day corporate compliance of companies of all sizes in the UK.

The webinar will also delve into the Register of Overseas Entities.
